Returns, Refunds & Ring Resizing Policy

At Azure Diamond, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review this Returns, Refunds & Ring Resizing Policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Items must be returned in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid insured return shipping label.
Items sent back without prior authorization or without following return instructions will not be accepted.
Documentation Requirements
Returned items must include all original documentation that was provided at the time of purchase, where applicable.
Documentation may include grading reports, appraisals, warranty cards, or other materials accompanying the original order. Not all items include documentation, and certification is not provided for all diamonds or jewelry.
Returns received without required documentation that was originally provided will not be accepted or may be subject to replacement or documentation fees.
Return Shipping
Free Insured Return Shipping (Optional)
- Eligible domestic returns include free insured return shipping using a return label we provide.
- Items must be packaged according to the provided instructions to remain eligible for insurance coverage.
(This option may be modified or discontinued at any time.)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the inspection outcome
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order once the return is approved.
Ring Resizing Policy
Eligible rings may be returned one time for resizing within 60 days of delivery.
- Resizing is limited to standard size adjustments only
- All rings are subject to inspection upon receipt
- Rings showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for resizing
Once a ring has been resized, it becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for return or refund.
Additional resizing requests beyond the initial adjustment may incur additional fees.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order jewelry
- Engraved or personalized items
- Resized items (after resizing has been completed)
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)
- International orders, unless otherwise stated
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assist you in working with the carrier or reviewing the issue; however, resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation and determination.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Items marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.
Azure Diamond is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required to ensure secure delivery.
International Orders
International orders may not be eligible for return.
Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
