Azure Diamond Shipping Policy

At Azure Diamond, we are committed to delivering your jewelry securely, efficiently, and with care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options through reputable national and international carriers:
• Standard Shipping
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Expedited Shipping
Orders typically ship within 1 business day and arrive within 2–4 business days after shipment.
• International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing. Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Shipping Rates
• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75
• Shipping rates for orders under $75, expedited shipping, and international shipping are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.
• All shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Some items, including made-to-order or customized jewelry, may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be disclosed on the product page or at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Signature Confirmation & Secure Delivery
For security purposes, signature confirmation is required for orders over $300 or for select high-value items.
• Please ensure delivery to a secure physical address where someone is available to receive the package.
• Orders requiring signature confirmation cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
• If a customer requests delivery without signature confirmation where available, Azure Diamond is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after carrier confirmation.
International Orders & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping limitations due to local or international regulations. Availability will be indicated at checkout when applicable.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Azure Diamond is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

We will assist in working with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, however, resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation and determination.”
Return to Sender
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.
